How I Build AI Products for Dubai Businesses
Every AI product listed on this page started with a real business problem - not a technology looking for a use case. The process I follow is the same every time: understand the operational bottleneck, map the data flow, identify the best AI model or automation layer for that specific task, build, test, and iterate until the system runs without babysitting.
The Build Philosophy
No vendor lock-in. Every system I build uses open or widely-supported APIs - ElevenLabs, Twilio, OpenAI, Shopify, Make.com. If a vendor changes their pricing or deprecates a feature, the system can be rebuilt on a different foundation without starting from zero.
Revenue-linked metrics only. I measure AI systems by business outcomes: calls handled per day, SKUs tracked without error, orders processed, leads qualified. Not by technical benchmarks.
Built for non-technical operators. Every system includes a dashboard or admin interface that a non-developer can use to monitor, update, and override the AI when needed. Automation should serve the business - not replace human judgment on important decisions.
