Weekly Sprints, Not Monthly Plans

Every channel ran on a 7-day sprint cycle. Monday: set targets. Friday: review numbers. If something didn't move the needle, it was cut or restructured by the next sprint.

Single Source of Truth

All tasks, deadlines, and deliverables lived in Zoho Projects. Every team member had visibility into what others were doing. No WhatsApp as project management.

Async-First, Fast Decisions

Team was remote-partial. I built async check-ins with Loom updates and written briefs. Decisions never waited more than 24 hours. Blockers were my problem to clear.

Data Before Opinions

Every decision was tied to a number. SEO rankings in GSC. Email open rates in Brevo. Returning rate in Shopify Analytics. No gut-feel strategy meetings.

Hire Specialists, Lead Direction

I brought in a Shopify dev for the 3D configurator because it needed to ship in 60 days. My job was setting the brief, the deadline, and the quality bar.
