AI Inventory Management - How It Works
Traditional inventory management breaks at scale. When a kitchen or restaurant operation crosses 200+ SKUs across multiple suppliers with different lead times, manual tracking in spreadsheets creates stockouts and waste simultaneously. The AI Kitchen Inventory System replaces that with automated reorder triggers, supplier-specific lead time modeling, and real-time consumption tracking.
Built using actual data from The Great Bawarchi's Kitchen - 134 menu items, INR pricing, Indian supplier names - the system runs on a 9-sheet Excel architecture with 354 working formulas. It calculates buffer stock requirements, generates purchase orders automatically, and flags items approaching critical stock levels before they cause service disruptions.
The system is designed for Dubai and UAE restaurant groups managing multiple locations. UAE food businesses face unique inventory challenges - high import dependency, Ramadan demand spikes, and multi-cuisine menus that require tracking ingredients across very different supplier networks. This system handles all of that within a single dashboard.
