SEO AUDIT
DUBAI

A technical SEO audit is the fastest way to find out why your website is not ranking — and exactly what to fix first. I have run audits for Shopify stores, B2B service sites, and ecommerce brands across Dubai and the UAE. Every audit produces a priority-ranked action list, not a 100-page report you never read.

When I audited PackTHC on launch day, I found 855 indexing errors on a brand-new Shopify store. Fixing those before running any content or link-building campaign is what created the runway for 201K organic impressions in 12 months. An audit is not optional — it is the only way to know what is actually blocking your rankings.

What's Included

What Every SEO Audit Covers

🔍

Technical Crawl

Full site crawl using Screaming Frog. Every page checked for crawl errors, redirect chains, broken internal links, canonical tag issues, and indexing status. You see exactly which pages Google can and cannot reach.

📊

GSC and GA4 Review

Google Search Console data analyzed for indexing errors, Core Web Vitals failures, crawl stats, and ranking keyword movement. GA4 checked for organic traffic attribution. This is where the real performance data lives.

🏷️

On-Page Analysis

Title tags, meta descriptions, H1 structure, and content quality reviewed across all key pages. Duplicate title tags and missing meta across large sites flagged. Keyword mapping compared against actual search intent.

Core Web Vitals

LCP, CLS, and INP measured on mobile and desktop via PageSpeed Insights and real GSC field data. Specific bottlenecks identified — image formats, render-blocking scripts, layout shift sources — with platform-specific fixes.

🗂️

Schema Markup

Schema.org implementation audited across all key page types. Missing or incorrect Product, BreadcrumbList, FAQPage, LocalBusiness, and Article schema identified. Rich result eligibility checked via Google Rich Results Test.

🔗

Internal Link Architecture

Internal link distribution mapped to identify orphan pages, over-linked navigation items, and pages with insufficient internal authority. PageRank flow from home page to commercial pages analyzed.

🎯

Keyword Gap Analysis

Your current keyword rankings compared against top 3 competitors in your category. Content gaps identified — keywords competitors rank for that you do not. Opportunity prioritized by volume, difficulty, and commercial intent.

📋

Priority Fix List

All findings compiled into a single priority-ranked fix list: High (fix within 2 weeks), Medium (fix within 30 days), Low (ongoing improvement). Each item includes the specific fix, the platform-level implementation instruction, and the expected ranking impact.

What You Get

The Deliverable

Not a PDF with screenshots of broken links. A Google Sheet or Notion doc organized by priority level with the following for every issue: what the problem is, why it affects rankings, the exact fix, and where to implement it on your platform.

  • Priority fix list (High / Medium / Low) with estimated ranking impact per item
  • Platform-specific implementation instructions (Shopify, WordPress, Next.js, etc.)
  • GSC screenshot documentation of all indexing errors
  • Keyword gap analysis — what you are missing that competitors rank for
  • 30-minute walkthrough call to explain findings and answer questions

How It Works

Audit Process — Start to Delivery

01

Book and Submit

Book a 30-minute call. Submit your site URL, Google Search Console access (read-only), and any specific concerns you have — pages that dropped, traffic that disappeared, keywords you want to rank for.

02

Crawl and Analyse

I run a full crawl using Screaming Frog, pull your GSC and GA4 data, run PageSpeed on mobile and desktop, and check schema validity. For ecommerce sites, GMC data is pulled and analyzed alongside the standard technical checks.

03

Priority Fix List

All findings organized into a single document prioritized by ranking impact. High-priority items are those blocking Google from properly crawling and indexing your site. Medium and low items are improvement opportunities after foundations are solid.

04

Walkthrough Call

30-minute call to walk through the findings, explain the fixes, and answer questions. If you want to implement the fixes yourself, you have everything you need in the document. If you want me to implement them, we discuss scope and timeline.

FAQ

Common Questions

How much does an SEO audit cost in Dubai?

Initial audit is free — covers the three highest-impact issues and is delivered within 24 hours. A full technical audit covering crawl analysis, GSC review, on-page, schema, Core Web Vitals, and keyword gap analysis is AED 2,500. Ecommerce audits with GMC and Shopping analysis are AED 4,000.

Do I need to give you access to my website?

For the audit itself, I only need read-only Google Search Console access (not your CMS login). This gives me your real indexing data, ranking keywords, and crawl errors directly from Google. Optional: read-only GA4 access for traffic analysis.

Will you fix the issues or just tell me what they are?

The audit deliverable is a complete fix list with implementation instructions. You can implement the fixes yourself, pass them to your developer, or engage me to implement them. There is no obligation to continue after the audit — many clients take the audit report and implement it independently.

How is your audit different from free online SEO checkers?

Online SEO checkers check surface-level signals: missing meta tags, image alt text, page speed scores. They do not analyze your actual GSC data, cannot identify keyword cannibalization across your site, cannot check schema validity in context, and cannot prioritize findings by actual ranking impact. A manual audit by an experienced practitioner finds problems automated tools miss every time.

What happens after the audit?

You receive the priority fix list and we have a 30-minute walkthrough call. After that: implement the fixes yourself (document gives you everything you need), pass to your developer, or engage me for implementation support at a quoted project rate. No automatic retainer, no follow-up pressure.

SEO Audits in Dubai — What the Data Actually Shows

The most consistent finding across every site audit I run in Dubai is that the technical problems are worse than the client expects — and they are more fixable than the client fears. Sites that have been live for three to five years with active content and some external links are often sitting on 50–200 indexing errors that Google is quietly deprioritizing the site for. Not enough to trigger a manual penalty. Just enough to suppress rankings by two to five positions on every commercial keyword.

The pattern is specific: a site that used to rank page 1 for a key term drops to page 2 or 3 after a Google core update. The client assumes the content needs to be rewritten. In most cases, the content is fine. The issue is a technical problem that predated the update and the update raised the quality bar enough to make the existing technical debt visible in rankings. Fixing the technical issues — without touching the content — restores the rankings.

Most Common Technical Issues Found in Dubai Site Audits

Redirect Chains
Old URL A redirects to B, which redirects to C. Each hop loses approximately 15% of link equity. Sites that have migrated platforms or changed URL structures accumulate these over years. Google follows up to 10 redirects but deprioritizes pages behind chains of 3+.
Canonical Tag Conflicts
A page declaring one canonical while linking to a different version of itself — or a CMS generating canonicals that point to paginated URLs instead of the primary page. This tells Google to index a different page than the one you want to rank.
Soft 404 Pages
Pages that return a 200 HTTP status code but have content Google identifies as not useful — thin pages, out-of-stock products with no content, search result pages with no results. Google crawls and indexes these, wasting crawl budget on non-ranking pages.
Missing or Broken Schema
Schema markup that validates without errors but does not qualify for rich results because of missing required fields — a Product schema without a price, a LocalBusiness schema without a telephone number. Validation passes; rich results do not appear.

Frequently Asked Questions — SEO Audit Dubai

Is a free SEO audit actually useful?+
My free audit is not a lead magnet with a generic checklist. It is a 30-to-60 minute analysis of your specific site using your GSC data and a crawl tool. The three issues I identify in the free audit are the three with the highest current ranking impact — not a curated sample designed to make you buy something. Many clients fix those three issues themselves and see ranking improvement without any further engagement.
What is the difference between a technical SEO audit and an SEO audit?+
A technical SEO audit focuses on the infrastructure: crawlability, indexing, schema, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and site architecture. A full SEO audit includes the technical layer plus on-page analysis (keyword targeting, content quality, title tags, meta) and sometimes off-page signals (backlink profile). I run both as part of a standard engagement.
How often should a Dubai business get an SEO audit?+
A full technical audit should be run when you first engage with an SEO practitioner, after any major platform migration, after a significant traffic drop, and annually as a health check. For actively managed sites, a lightweight monthly GSC review catches issues before they compound into ranking drops.
Do you audit Arabic-language pages?+
Yes. For bilingual UAE sites, the audit covers both English and Arabic page versions. Hreflang implementation is reviewed, Arabic page canonicals are checked, and Arabic keyword performance in GSC is analyzed separately from English. The Arabic and English versions of a bilingual site often have completely different technical issues.
I got a cold email saying my site has SEO problems. Should I trust it?+
Almost certainly not. Automated cold email SEO audits are generated by tools that scrape sites and email every domain owner claiming to find problems. The problems they list (missing meta descriptions, slow load time) are usually real but so common that they are meaningless without context. A useful audit starts with your actual GSC data — not a surface crawl of your homepage.

Technical SEO Audit Dubai — Priority Fixes, Not Reports

A professional SEO audit in Dubai identifies the specific technical issues preventing Google from properly crawling, indexing, and ranking your site. Unlike automated audit tools that generate 200-item checklists from surface-level scans, a manual audit uses your actual Google Search Console data as the ground truth — showing exactly which pages are not indexed, which keywords are losing clicks due to poor CTR, and which technical issues are confirmed by Google's own crawl data.

For Dubai businesses, the most common audit findings are canonical tag issues from CMS-generated duplicate URLs, schema markup that validates but does not qualify for rich results, and Core Web Vitals failures on mobile that have been slowly degrading rankings since the 2021 Page Experience update. Each of these has a specific fix that does not require a content rewrite — just technical implementation.

The output of every SEO audit is a prioritized action list, not a report document. High-priority items are those blocking Google from properly accessing your site. Medium priority items are on-page improvements that increase click-through rate once rankings are established. Low-priority items are best-practice improvements for long-term compounding. You implement in order, track in GSC, and see ranking movement within 30–60 days of completing the high-priority fixes.
